CoreniaBug Today’s vlog is a little different — I’m on the treadmill (yes, multitasking like a chaotic potato) and talking about my actual fitness journey. The real stuff. The messy stuff. The funny stuff. And the “wow I really used to eat THAT much?” stuff. At my heaviest, I was 250 lbs, living on cafeteria desserts, fried southern food, and late-night munchies. 🤣 But over the years — with support, mistakes, crying over push-ups, and eating my feelings more times than I want to admit — I slowly fought my way back to a healthy routine. This year alone, I lost 30 lbs and I’m feeling stronger, happier, and way more “fit-ish.” (Because let’s be honest… I’m still gonna eat ice cream on weekends.)
