This week was… messy (not literally — thank goodness 😂). We had an ice storm in North Carolina, I bought way too many snow day snacks , and my routine took a hit. I’m keeping it 100% honest: I didn’t crush my nutrition like I wanted, I didn’t hit my movement goals, and the scale reflected it. ✅ This Week’s Weigh-In Results Last week: 184.6 lbs This week: 185.2 lbs Weekly change: +0.6 lbs Starting weight: 191.8 lbs Total progress (4 weeks): -6.6 lbs overall 🎉 So yes— a small gain this week , but the big picture is still progress. Week 3 Weigh-In: Did I Lose Weight? (Scale Anxiety + SpongeBob Socks Included) Will I lose weight? Just wait and see. Hairspray. Anybody? 😅 Alright y’all — it’s time for my weekly weigh-in , and I swear I get nervous every single time I step on that scale. Even when I know I’ve been doing the work. But that’s part of this whole journey: showing up anyway. Before I hopped on the scale, I had to do two important things: Tell a corny joke. Show off my SpongeBob socks , obviously. Also… do you know what one scale said to the other scale? …Don’t worry, I’ll wait. 😄 The Week 3 Weigh-In Numbers Last week: 184.8 This week: 184.6 That’s a 0.2 lb loss . And yes, I know — it’s not a huge drop. But it’s still movement in the right direction, and I’m taking the win. CoreniaBug Today’s vlog is a little different — I’m on the treadmill (yes, multitasking like a chaotic potato) and talking about my actual fitness journey. The real stuff. The messy stuff. The funny stuff. And the “wow I really used to eat THAT much?” stuff. At my heaviest, I was 250 lbs, living on cafeteria desserts, fried southern food, and late-night munchies. 🤣 But over the years — with support, mistakes, crying over push-ups, and eating my feelings more times than I want to admit — I slowly fought my way back to a healthy routine. This year alone, I lost 30 lbs and I’m feeling stronger, happier, and way more “fit-ish.” (Because let’s be honest… I’m still gonna eat ice cream on weekends.)
