Welcome back to Vlog Mania! Today we are keeping it average and practical. I’m switching things up to invite you into my morning world—specifically, how I prep my supplements for the entire week. Honestly, I am not an early bird, so I need to streamline everything so I can stay in bed as long as possible.
In today's video, we're covering:
The "Greta, Don't Look" Moment: Yes, I use plastic containers. I reuse them until they collapse! Please don't come for me; I'm trying!
The Morning Stack: Adding Collagen, Creatine (gotta hydrate those brain muscles), and Ginger to my morning tea.
The Pre-Workout Truth: Why I stick to Nitro Surge (180mg caffeine means no itchy booty tingles) and the reality of L-Arginine (Spoiler: if it tastes like gym socks, that means it's working).
The "Old Person" Box: Filling up the daily organizer with DHEA, Vitamins A, D, B12, Iron, and my ½ caffeine pill since I don't have time to brew a pot in the morning.
I'm trying to hit 5 workouts this week to break through some stagnation, so getting this prep done ahead of time is a lifesaver.
